At Alexis Bittar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique jewelry; items in original condition are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include the packing slip inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
